Installation impossible

j'ai installé JEM (dernière version 4.3.2) sur Joomla (dernière version 5.2.4). Le serveur est hébergé chez O2Switch. Tout s'est bien passé et marche parfaitement.

J'ai donc tenté de l'installer également sur un autre serveur () mais là, l'installation ne se fait pas ; ni par la page d'installation des extension, ni en envoyant l'archive (pkg_JEM).  Les messages suivants s'affichent :

JInstaller: :Install: impossible de trouver un fichier d'initialisation XML
Table 'asblmarconi_' doesn't exist
Pack Installation : erreur lors de l'installation de l'extension com_

il nous faut plus d'informations, comment tu essaye de reinstaller ça sur un autre serveur. Il me semble que tu essayes qch. qui ne pas possible.
Si tu veux installer sur un autre serveur, tu dois installer JEM de fond.
Si tu veux une copie dans le nouveau serveur, je te propose de faire un backup (avec akeeba backup) et tu l'installes ça sur l'autre serveur.
Mais donnes des informations plus clair, s.v.p

My first Joomla site (name : RL2106) is hosted on o2switch and JEM works perfectly (installation and use).

My second site, also in Joomla, (name : M207) is hosted at 't get JEM to work. These are two different sites, for different associations. I don't want to copy the data from the first to the second. They are different calendars.

M207 site : If I try to install from the "Browse" tab ( "installer à partir du web" in french)
the answer is
"Erreur de connexion au serveur Failed to connect to : Connection timed out"

"URL non valide"

If I try to install by dropping the archive into the "uploading package file" ("archive à envoyer" in french), I have the message published in my initial question

"JInstaller: :Install: impossible de trouver un fichier d'initialisation XML"
"Table 'asblmarconi_' doesn't exist"
"Pack Installation : erreur lors de l'installation de l'extension com_"

I forgot to mention that I use Cassiopeia.

What's irritate me is the mentionning table Table 'asblmarconi_'

perhaps a lead: the site is a sub-domain because Wordpress is installed by default (and I want to make sure that Joomla works properly before removing Wordpress).

What's surprising is that other extensions installed without any problems (Akeeba, Visforms, JCEeditor, Jevents (tested after JEM to see if he would also get blocked))

as the site is private (it is reserved for the association's board of directors), I prefer not to give the exact links

In the first website, JEM was installed without any issues. I assume it is in French.
However, in the second website, JEM fails to install because the installation script encounters an error:

Table 'asblmarconi_' doesn't exist

I assume that 'asblmarconi_' is the Joomla prefix. There are two possible ways to resolve this:

Our script doesn't detect or handle any Joomla errors. I need to debug the environment, as this is an isolated case that we cannot replicate locally.

Joomla has an error in the database, and our script is unable to proceed with the installation. The issue can only be debugged on this specific website.

Some users seem to do strange things with their websites, which I suppose is due to a lack of knowledge.

Other option:
This is paid special support through donation to JEM (an idea).
You can send a private message to the user, offering special support in exchange for a donation to JEM.
They can provide us with a backup of their Joomla site (they can remove user data if needed), and we will debug the issue. If the issue is related to JEM, support will be free; if not, the user can make a donation to JEM. If it can not be, forget it.
