Hi Stefan,
have you the rights to install extensions? If yes, then unzip the jem package and inside the modules, change the files and zip it again. You don't need to install the whole package again, only the modules (and for calendar the com_jem)

I have modified the mentioned css files and followed the installtioninstruction from jojo12 and it works.
