The language packs have not yet been created. If you're ending on a 404 i guess you are following a link that you Googled....?

There is a small issue with the translations on transifex.. I'm waiting for their reply. They are often quite efficient in their support follow-up so i expect the languages to be available in a few days. Which language were you looking for?
