JEM 4.3.1 is here for J!4.4.9 and J!5.2.1

OK, JEM 4.3.1 is out on GitHub,
update_pkg_jem.xml is updated, except the dowload link. I hope this time the checksums are ok.
@ernst67, Could you do all that is needed and also check if the Joomla update routine works (if the checksums are ok).

- 4.3.2-dev: For any patches or fixes for version 4.3.1 (if issues arise).
- 4.4.0-dev: For new features and redesigns. My focus includesc:
* Event, category, and venue types..
* Layout in modules (basic layout is finished, but others need updates)
* Redesign of attachments (adding and deleting actionsc)
* Update plugin compatibility with AcyMailing 9.
* Publish up / Publish down events (as Joomla article).
