My test website does not show this problem. Pageheader, Introtext, Footertext are all OK, working as expected !!

As I suggested before: try changing your template settings, or try another template.

@hdoeve: I think, you're right
@wesselsjan: why do you post this here? It should be for Joomla!3 and JEM 2.3.5

@hdoeve: Enabling Cassiopeia as standard template doesn't solve my problem. See: www.kerkeninassen.nl/tefal/component/jem/eventslist?Itemid=2898
@jojo12: I post here, because it goes wrong at my testsite with Joomla 4.2.8 and JEM 4beta (2.3.8). At my current live site all works correct.

Simplelist works fine with Cassiopeia as well at my test website. See attachments.

In order to futher investigate your problem I wouild suggest:
  • Trim down your website: Unpublish all extensions that might influence javascript and css handling
  • Make sure you are using PHP8.x

Update: just tested with PHP7.4 --> Looks OK-->PHP version is not the problem.

The pageheader problem is solved. For other views reasons on other pages, in menu options "show page heading was disabled".
But the "introtext"-problem continues.
I think, this has to do with additional extensions (plugins, template)!
