I could not install on a fresh Joomla 3.10.1, created a topic here as well ( www.joomlaeventmanager.net/forum/jem-2-3-x-for-joomla-3-community-support/11548-installed-failed/28675 )

does anyone knows the solution?

With the current version of JEM (2.3.2) already running, I had no problem when I updated Joomla from 3.10.2 to 3.10.3.

Please be aware: JEM is not yet Joomla 4 ready

So if you install fresh Joomla, use Joomla 3.10.3 if you want to install JEM as well
