Only additional information:
For me it is really logical, when participants who sets the "NO" to not receive emails, because in my case, we have the dates of events fixed and does not change. So these participants in these mails while editing other propositions event annoy ...

- This "warning", I think is a great idea, then the participant is informed why the mail received. That's why I think that if similar but different message was also for invited and another for "NO" participants "so it would be clearer and more logical.
E.g. Like the message is especially for the event creator or creation event.
Now it is for all these groups of people the same message. The participant who answers "NO" is not necessarily a participant in the event. Now the user gets mail, stating the participant. But what I wrote in another post.
