List of attending if the event is for invited only

[strike]oops, it seems there must be a bug.[/strike]
if you use the JEM settings, to show attendings for all /for registered
and
if you use invited only
then the attending and invited persons are [strike]notvisible (but they should be visible)[/strike] visible for logged in invited and attending users (only when they are logged in)
EDIT:
After more testing I corrected my post!

Ok, so the solution for this case is to invite everyone and so everyone can see the list...
Is it possible to disable sending the email about it? (even in the code somewhere). I do not want to answer dozens of question what does it mean (most of the users are elders. ).

Sorry, but I don't understand the logic:
You want to invite peoples, but you don't want to send them the invitation email?
If you really want to do that, you can disable during the JEM Mailer plugin, during the invitation process. But don't forget to re-enable after that.
EDIT:
In addition in backend there's a button to not sending an email for the added/invited user.
(But in backend you're forced to invite users one by one.
