I'm afraid is way too difficult for my joomla level...
Isn't a way to simply delete every "reference" to 3.0.4 from my main site and thus install this brand nw 2.2.2 as a fresh new one?
I don' remember,: in the backup settings in JEM 2 there is a point to delete all tables when uninstalling.Is this point in JeM 3 too?
if ,es choose this beforen uninstalling!
EDIT: I tested
at least JEM 3.0.7 has in backend>jem>settings>global parameters a button cleanup db when uninstalling.
with this the db should be clean for a new install!
no... no chance...
my main problem is that I don't have installed JEM 3.0.4 anymore, from ages... and that's why I don't understand why it keeps on telling me that I cannot install 2.2.2...
