Caused that in the backend there is just one possibility to set image sizes, I set the size of the image in the event description to the configured value. To get some smaller images in each list view, the images are reduced to half size in the list views.
The half-size reduction is hard-coded. Eventually I could use page suffix parametes to configure the image size. But that is future work. Currently I am working on the Editevent and Editvenue views to get them more responsive.
