Hi Bugg,
There is no Breton language pack. Off course, if you want to, I can create it on Transifex and you can add translations there.
Until now I was totally unaware of the existence of Breton. Does Joomla have it as a separate language pack?
If there are only a few specific language strings, you can off course use language overrides as well.
Just search this forum , and you'll find enough info on how to do this.

I just checked joomla.org, and I can't find an official Breton translation.
So, would you like to work with overrides, or do you want to create and translate an official JEM Breton language pack? I can't even find an official language code for it, meaning that you won't be able to select it, as long as your Joomla language is not set to Breton.
My advise is to use overrides.

Hi again bugg,
I noticed that on Transifex you have requested a Breton translation for JEM. I can not (yet) add the translation, because that language pack you are using for Joomla itself has the br-FR code.
This means that the language pack we have to create for JEM should have the same language code, otherwise the selection for Breton will not work in Joomla.
I have to discuss this first with the Transifex helpdesk.
EDIT:
You use br-FR... would something like br-GB also exist?
