No translation of the fieldnames (city) into German

@Werner: This file is correct. Last changes on that file were for v2.1.7 which finally became version 2.2.0. But we don't change the version number of every file.
@Bluefox: That's the wrong direction. If there is a *.com_jem.ini file on /language/en-GB/ and/or /language/de-DE/ it must be removed. Otherwise the correct files will not be loaded by Joomla. If you suggest to copy the files to this bad place there will be problems in the future.
Another idea could be to check for template overrides which overrule the original view. This can be checked on /templates/(site-template-name)/html/com_jem/ - if this last fiolder exists contained files must be checked because they overrule the original files.

8 years 1 month agoThe eventslist view uses e.g. COM_JEM_TABLE_DATE for the Date column and it's tooltip we talked about.werner100 wrote: When I edit the "de-DE.com_jem.ini" I can see the correct information. So I think the error must be somewhere else.

Just to be clear on this version issue..: I create the language packs, and the current pack in in sync with the JEM version number. So the one you're looking for should indeed be 2.2.0

@Ernst: There is no version issue. The xml file has the correct version number 2.2.0 which will be shown on backend in Extension Manager. But the other file(s) within the package may have a comment block with an older version number. In case of the language .ini files we talked about it is 2.1.7 which corresponds to the original en-GB language file.
