[JEM3] styling Beez3 + templates other then protostar

another thing to be aware of is that the image form field will have more troubles with Beez3. when selecting an image from the editevent view com_media is called but the layout is not nice at all, see image.

- when editing an article and selecting the image button you will see the same result so think something is missing there. to make it nicer we probably have to overwrite the standard form field.. right, some more work to do.

Edit:

Won't address the problem with com_media as it's something to specific. to fix it we can overwrite files but don't think we should do that so will leave it alone for now.

right did create a new version and it will include some changes within the css files.
The editform will still have a problem but the rest looks reasonable.

the css has to be modified more to get it neater and the editform will also be modified a bit more but that's for later.
