Problem with jem wide module

Hello at all. I have a problem.

After i upgraded my hostin because of insufficient memory that would not let me access some components, such as Kunena, i verified that everything was working.

On the home page i have placed the JEM wide module for the next events and it worked great. Following the upgrade of the gantry framework (using a commercial template by Rocketthemes) the module has disappeared. In fact, if i enable it, takes up the space of the form which remains completely invisible.

I tried to disable all modules and plugins leaving only the form jem but nothing to do. On the contrary, the JEM basic module works fine. Are you aware of some incompatibilities that can affect the function module? What can i do to solve it?

we're not aware of it...


but it's kind of strange, perhaps it has to do with the positions but guess you already checked that one. You can turn on the Joomla dev-error output or check the log (remember the dev-error is visible for the public).

Or you can try to reinstall the JEM-module.

Thanks for answer blue. I have already try to use a free template but it's the same. I have already try to reinstall the module and JEM component too but nothing change. Now i try to enable debugging and see if I can find the solution.

Ok, I partially solved the problem. Let me explain. I've noticed that if i add "www" in the URL bar i do not see some pictures of the site and also the JEM module of upcoming events, but if, in the url bar, do not add the "www" (domainname.org instead of www . domainname.org) all comes back to work .. I'm thrilled, i have never encountered this problem and i'm trying to figure out what depends ..

Maybe you can post a link (or send it in a PM) so we can take a look to get a better idea of the error.
