I installed jem 2.3.8 on a new test site with exactly your configuration for calendar module and i have the same problem

I'm not an expert on this. I suppose this is related to the used template and/or PHP version.

My situation: Yootheme (UIkit, Bootstrap 5) and PHP 8.2.2.

Do you use speed optimization stuff like JCHOptimize?? Unpublish those while testing !!

I installed JEM 2.3.8 on a new J4 test site in PHP 8.2 with only this component and I still have this problem.

I can reproduce your issue. It seems changed in JEM 4, for me this is not a problem.
But because we decided not to change a lot for JEM 4 from JEM 3, it would be better to let it like in JEM 3

Can you post it in:
github.com/Heklaterriol/JEM-Project/issues

I see this place is more seen!
EDIT: this issue will be fixed in the next update see #96

Golfy,

I would say try this with another template. (JA Stark) or Joomshaper (HelixUltimate).

My test still looks good!!. See attachment.

Hans

When I uninstall JEM J3 and install JEM J4, is there a possibility to use the old JEM database with events and so on. Or do I have to input all again?
