How to add and change headers in SimpleList

Eventually you can use one of the custom fields with an language override to display the content of this field in the column "aktualisiert am".
Another possibility would be to extend JEM displaying the "last edit" database entry (if it exist? im currently not shure) in the frontend.

Where can I find the file from which I must do the connect to the language-override? I have already created the language-override.
