Im Testing JEM 4Rc1 and i found following isue in the Frontend View
  • Accses to Event (view=event) --> only as Guest, Administrator or Super User possible.
    All others Users like "Registred, Autor, Editor, Publisher, Manager" recive Error Message:
    Error 0: array_merge(): Argument #1 must be of type array, bool given
  • Acces to Event Place (view=venue) is perfect, all User Groups have acces to view
  • Acces to Event Category (view=category) is perfect, all User Groups have acces to view

However, the URL is the same within all Groups, (&view=event&id=32:test&Itemid=123)
I will now continue to test and then make feedback

I can't simulate this error by user orles (for me it works).
Could you write down more details of event (setting), steps to simulate the error or screem capture?

Me too: I can't reproduce your error: I tested with guest, public, autor, editor, publisher.
Quick question: Did you enable the JEM plugins?

Hello Everyone
Hmm, I did Update an existing J3 Site to J4 and then installed JEM 4 Rc1 without uninstall first the J3 JEM.
Was this the correct way or should I first uninstall the J3 JEM? How to do it correctly?

I Followed exactly the

Up to Step bevor J4 und JEM4.0rc1: J3.10.11 und JEM 2.3.6
all ok, i dont get any Errors. I have acces with Registred to the Event Page.

After Updating J4.3.2 and JEM4rc1 same issue again.

Note: i tryed this now 4 Times, also my last attemp all other Comp, Modules, Plugins from Others Unistalled.
Means: Only JEM on the System. No SEO active. Standard Editor. Standard Template.

Also make a new Test User in Group Registred not helps.

I dont get it why i get this Error just with the Registred until Managers. I nowhere see any Restrictions, not in Joomla then in JEM self.

Now i try Fresh install J4 with JEM4rc1. Just in case it is something with the Joomla sSystem i have with this
