Hello I have a question; If I have an appointment in the calendar and the date has passed, is the appointment no longer visible? Is there also an option to save expired appointments?

Welcome back! :)
This depends of thr settings for past events. You can choose delete, then they go in the bin, You can archive, I prefere this, then they are archived and you can see them by clicking in the archive button on top right. It depends on after how many days it will be archived. Or you let them, but then the order is vefy difficult, because the actual event will not be on top!
