Sorry, I tried on my site: When a user gives feedback for attending/not attending, an email goes to the attending person and an other email to the creator of the event.
But I have always no for administrator and system mail receiver.
Your event creator is not getting an email?

It's not the idea that users get an email when there's a new event.
